Deep in the Alberta Foothills, roam hundreds of Wild Horses. Coming out of a hard winter, we find many horses that have perished for various reasons.
One of the common fates for a Wild Horse, is falling into deep spots in the thawing muskeg bogs. Fortunately for this two year old Filly, we were travelling the remote trail with our UTV’s when we happened upon her stuck in bog. This short video covers the 45 minute rescue event to get her freed.
She was looking well enough after the rescue for us to feel confident that she will survive the ordeal. Without the intervention, she would not have survived the night. This rescue was just west of the Town of Sundre, Alberta.
Amazing how the Impala relaxed when they washed his face, he must’ve realized they were genuinely trying to save him. Such kind people, God bless you
It is so great to see there are still good decent and Loving people that still cares about animals in in this wicked World
May GOD bless this man and the others who are helping him in this rescue
What a joy it is to see and know that there are people on earth who risk their lives to help our little brothers. Many thanks to everyone who took part in the rescue.
What a great job done by this courageous and brave man!! Risking life his exemplary effort has demonstrated that humanity is greater than man.
This man is a hero. Risking his own life. But he had such compassion for this animal. What a kind heart he has. Nothing can compare.
This is a poor monkeys that was a pet and see when they get to the puberty stage people then throw them back because the monkeys get very mean wanting to mate and then they get thrown back into the forest they have never seen other monkeys they have the scent of humans on them they will be tortured and killed bi the other monkeys this is very cruel of the people
Abandoned Candy never stood a chance at being a monkey. Over and over, and over again the troop tried to (often lovingly) teach her. Only for idiotic humans to consistently demolish her chances by throwing her that dumb blanket she hides under, separating her from the troop and any hope of appearing “normal” to the other monkeys.
They were beyond patient with her constant extreme clingyness, psychosis, dramatics and CONSTANT squalling and squeaking. I heard a sad rumor that she was gutted and killed by a male.
Watch the eyes of the Lion for 50 secs and then the cheeks of the lioness for the next 30 secs… one can feel the emotions, passion, intensity, and tenderness… Just amazing…
Got to be one of my finest captures and edits. RAW footage of the entire sequence without editing is about 5 mins long (at 120 FPS). Stunning…
Out for the world, Srinivas. Clearly showcases even animals can display so much of emotions and intricate feelings while romancing. Slow motion adds to it
In this rare sighting, a male leopard is mating with two females who are sisters. The sisters come from different litters, and are in heat—or estrus—at the same time. The sounds of mating likely drew the older female to the edge of her territory.
Leopards are solitary, territorial animals—so sharing a mate in close proximity is unusual, but a Londolozi Game Reserve ranger observed multiple matings over several hours.
The sisters’ kinship likely made them more tolerant of each other’s presence, and the younger female, just 2.5 years old, is not yet territorial. The older female is now raising a litter of cubs, and it is possible that this mating in November 2017 resulted in the litter.
Although leopards are known to be solitary and territorial, the sister’s kinship likely made them more tolerant of each other’s presence. What are your thoughts on this mating behavior?

A child was playing in the grassy field with his dog, a German Shepherd.
Suddenly, a black dog broke free from its owner’s watchful eye and sprinted towards the child.
Remarkably, the German Shepherd reacted swiftly, forcing the child to lie down on the ground, shielding him from the approaching black dog.
The German Shepherd confronted the black dog until it retreated, while the child’s parents carried him to safety.
This dog was like a guardian angel.
A toddler, alone, crawls towards the stairs.
Recognizing the danger, the cat immediately intervenes.
What a clever cat!
A curious child approached a bull.
Suddenly, the bull moved aggressively towards the child.
Fortunately, there was a German Shepherd dog that promptly attacked the cow while the father ensured the safety of the child.
Thieves Disappointed When Encountering Dogs! – Instant Karma

Those two street dogs were amazing. They showed unwavering loyalty to the residents of their turf, and they didn’t hesitate to drive off any unwanted intruders.
The golden retriever even laying down for belly rubs not effective but adorable bless it’s heart lol
The two little dogs had me rocking with laughter. Well done guys.
My family has always had German Shepards. There is one in particular that we raised as a puppy and was always my buddy. When I moved out, I would come visit and my mom would tell my dog I was coming. She would wait right by the door for me until I arrived.
One day I dropped in unannounced and I could hear that dog snarling and barking running from the back of the house. By the time she turned the corner where I could see her, she had her ears pinned back and teeth showing. The minute she realized it was me, she immediately put her ears up, went goofy, and jumped and licked me. I never feared her before as I have wrestled and roughed house with her all her life, but that day she scared me and I understood that she took her duties seriously. I am proud and love her
Dogs are ultimate protectors of human since human civilization starts..So we should not hurt dogs..give him love ,food and shelter and they will give you everything..
This is the terrifying moment two fearless dogs confronted two lions in an intense showdown.
CCTV footage shows the two huge predators approaching the gate of a cow shelter in the village of Thoradi in Gujarat, western India, on August 11.
The four animals – separated by a metal gate – quickly engaged in a fierce stand off.
After some time, the lions managed to open the locked gate, leaving the dogs open to an attack.
That old man may not even have known that it was lion which opened the gate, only after seeing the cctv footage he may have realized he was lucky while going out of the gate.
To the dogs, they were just oversized cats and instinct kicked in. Besides, that gate gave them a lot of confidence
This is the cutest story ever lol a hippo that thinks it’s a rhino and a hippo that thinks she’s a sheep end up becoming boyfriend/girlfriend and finally realizes that they are hippos lol
Cute how even as kids that think they’re the same, the rhino is reflexively playing by bumping with the nose and the hippo is instinctively biting everything. Like they’re both friends and playing, but just instinctively playing to their own strengths.
It makes me sad that they had to be separated when they got older, but I’m happy in the knowledge that they were there for one another during a very vulnerable and difficult time for both of them.
I was volunteering on the reserve that Charlie was released on and am happy to tell you that he’s doing well and hangs around his own pond. I just stumbled upon this video and it was adorable. I really didn’t expect it to be him.
“We didn’t think that we would be able to release him if he thought he was a rhino” what a new and cute sentence!!
Having that “friend” no matter the species is more important than people realize for any animal growing up in a distressed situation. Such a wonderful story to see with a great and happy ending for both.
“At the time it was still a very dry season in the reserve and the animals were battling with what little grass there was available. The area around the airstrip was pretty barren and I think the hippo was more curious and lonely because at the time many of the hippo had already left this area due to the drought.
In my opinion, everyone was more confused than anything else at this sighting. It’s not normal to see an interaction like this between any animal – never mind the 2nd and 3rd largest species! As always, when nature throws a curveball like this, as a guide – it is very difficult to explain.
About half of the rangers in the camp were returning from a drive and saw the animals on the way back to camp, but because of the strict rules around disclosing the locations of rhino sighting, we didn’t even announce it on the radio at all. Yet another unfortunate side effect of the rhino crisis and so in this case, many of our guests and fellow rangers were unable to witness this spectacular yet unusual interaction.
We do not normally view rhino at night, but with them being on the main route in and out of the camp it was impossible to avoid however, after a while they were left to themselves. I’m not sure what the final outcome of the interaction would have been but we never saw any injured animals afterwards so I can only assume that it ended peacefully. As you can see in the video, it is not an overly aggressive meeting, but more of confused one.
